Ali Saraeb-Perez

Personal Trainer, NASM

My fitness journey started at the age of 19, right after starting college as I was never in good shape and realized that I wanted to be fit and live a healthier lifestyle. After a few years of learning about fitness and making it my hobby, I became so passionate about helping others with their goals and decided to make it my career. I started from the bottom at a basic gym and moved up into management. Shortly after I became a certified personal trainer and for the past 8 years, my professional experience in the fitness industry has helped hundreds of clients change their lives through fitness. This alone has allowed me to become a Transformation Specialist. I believe that fitness is a science and must be treated as such when developing and designing individual programs. My approach is what gives my clients the ability to achieve amazing results without having to sacrifice tons of time at the gym.

Jana Snaselova

Personal Trainer, NASM

My goal is to have the most positive impact that I can on the lives of the others; helping them become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves. This goes way beyond helping people look the best they ever have, that’s a given, this also covers performance, your mental health, mindset, motivation and healthy lifestyle. My ultimate life goal is to create a legacy that inspires other to dream, do and become more. I’m passionate about helping clients find the right balance for them, which means that they can enjoy their lives to the fullest while looking, feeling and performing at their best.

 

I am NASM certified and my specialty is weight loss while keeping your muscle mass. I am also excellent with nutrition and love sharing all my knowledge with my clients. As most of you know nutrition is a big part of any fitness journey and I am here to help with that. 

 

I spent years going up and down in weight and struggling with food issues. I was no longer my confident self and was beginning to doubt if my personal life too. I needed to get motivated in order to get my life back and feel great again! I started going to the gym and got a personal trainer. My life has never been the same and I want to help others feel the way I do!
